Once the JW202 is issued, a ¥5,000 school deposit covering tuition and registration must reach the university's account within 10 days. Merit scholarships are then awarded each year: ¥5,000 first place, ¥3,000 second, ¥1,000 third, and ¥500 individual awards.

Scholarship

Panzhihua University merit scholarship

Awarded on results each year: ¥5,000 for first place, ¥3,000 for second, ¥1,000 for third, plus ¥500 individual awards. The scholarship reduces what you pay in later years rather than the first-year package.

Questions about this programme

Why does the major start in March rather than September?

The first term is preparatory — settling in, language and foundation subjects. The major itself begins the following March, which is why the degree runs four and a half years rather than four.
