What we do with your details

This page explains, in plain language, what China Sourcing Bridge does with the information you give us through this website.

What we collect

If you fill in the enquiry form we collect your name, WhatsApp number and — only if you choose to give them — your email address, country, city, qualification, marks, the programme you are interested in and any message you write.

We also count page views and WhatsApp clicks so we know which programmes students are reading about. Those counts are anonymous: they record the page, not the person.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry and guide your application. That is the only reason.

Who sees it

Our own consultants. When you decide to apply to a university, we pass on the documents that university needs — and only then, and only what it needs. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to other agents or advertisers.

Where it is stored

In Google Firebase, on Google's servers. Access is restricted to accounts we control.

How long we keep it

While your application is active, and afterwards only for as long as we may reasonably need it. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact chinasourcingbridge@gmail.com and say what you would like.

Other sites

This site links to WhatsApp, and may embed videos from YouTube. Those are separate companies with their own privacy policies, and what they collect is outside our control.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page. Questions about any of it are welcome — just ask us.
